Directions to the Admissions Office
Are you coming to campus for a tour? The Admissions Office is located in the DeSeta Hall building on 5th Ave. Click here for directions on Google Maps directly to the Admissions Office. Please note, that it will direct you to the GPS coordinates instead of the address to help you find the building.
Please enter the parking lot along 5th Avenue and park in front of the DeSeta Hall building. Please enter through the doors under the “Wheeler Administrative Offices” sign.

Nearby Airports
The most convenient airport to fly into is Tampa International Airport (TPA). Another option is to fly into St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) – Most Recommended
- 25 Miles – Approximately 32 Minutes
- Exit the airport onto I-275 heading south
- Take I-275 south to Exit 23B (FL-595 W), the 5th Ave N exit
- Turn right (west) onto 5th Ave N and proceed about five miles
- Admiral Farragut Academy will be on the right (just after 75th St. N)
St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport
- 16 Miles – Approximately 28 Minutes
- Exit the airport and head northeast on Airport Perimeter Rd/Evergreen Ave toward Hospitality Ln
- Continue to follow Evergreen Ave
- Turn left at Hospitality Ln
- Take the 1st right onto 34th St W/Moog Pl
- Take the 1st left onto FL-686 E/FL-688 E/Ulmerton Rd
- Merge onto FL-686 E/Roosevelt Blvd N via the ramp to I-275 S/St Petersburg
- Slight right to merge onto I-275 S toward St Petersburg
- Take I-275 south to Exit 23B (FL-595 W), the 5th Avenue N exit
- Turn right (west) and proceed about 5 miles
- Admiral Farragut Academy will be on the right (just after 75th St. N)

About Our Campus
Admiral Farragut Academy is situated on a picturesque, 40-acre gated waterfront campus that once housed the prestigious Jungle Country Club Hotel and Resort. Great care has been applied over the years to maintain and preserve the historic land and buildings that were constructed during the 1920’s Florida Boom Era.
