Alan B. Shepard Memorial

RADM Alan B. Shepard was a member of the class of 1941 at the Pine Beach, NJ campus of Admiral Farragut Academy.  He was the first American in space and the fifth man on the moon.  He is only one of two Farragut graduates who have walked on the moon, the other being Brig. Gen. Charles Duke.
